Did you know that the average American eats roughly 85 pounds of chicken per vear? That’s a lot of chicken! Unfortunately, not all chicken is raised equally. Since sustainably raised poultry is kind of our thing, we make sure we do it right! Our chickens are pasture raised and moved to fresh pasture daily. They are fed a high quality Non-GMO feed from Beaver Creek in Ava. MO. Never any antibiotics or hormones. Chickens are raised and processed less than 20 miles from Springfield.

RAW GOAT MILK
We LOVE our goat milk and so should you. Goat milk is actually the number-one consumed milk in the world! In fact when you compare goat milk it is most like human milk So for those of us
that have issues with cow dairy, this is great news as goat milk is a lot easier for our bodies to digest. Our Nubian goats are fed a high quality diet with access to foraging daily. This and some tender loving care produces a naturally homogenized sweet whole milk without the “funk” and free of growth hormones, antibiotics, and other common contaminants
